Meat can be marinated in a fraction of the normal time because the vacuum in the canister opens the pores of the meat and allows the marinade to penetrate.
These canisters are compatible with your vacuum sealer or use the hand pump.
Set includes 2 Glass Canisters - 1 of each size - 1.1 litre and 1.9 litre.
Instructions For Use
Click the front of the vacuum sealer closed on both corners (like you do to vacuum seal a bag), connect the canister hose to the port on the top right hand side of the machine. Close the lid of the canister and connect the other end of the Hose to the top of the canister over the release valve. Push the ‘Canister Only’ button on the control panel (the led will go red) and it will begin to vacuum seal the canister. The machine will turn off when the canister has reached the maximum vacuum so you can walk away and leave it to finish.
To release the vacuum in the canister flick the round green release button sideways and you will see and hear the vacuum release. You can go in and out of the canister as many times as you like and vacuum seal after each time.
