If your product has a defect or is faulty we will replace it - please contact us as soon as possible so this can be arranged. 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during delivery.  We endeavour to package your goods carefully and send with a courier with a track number, but we are not responsible for goods being delivered to an incorrect address or if they have been mishandled.
