C & M Marketing Ltd appreciates your business and it is important to us that you to are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If your product has a manufacture defect or is faulty we will refund, replace, or repair at our discretion - please contact us as soon as possible so this can be arranged. 

If you have a query or are having problems with your product please contact us before returning any item. Please also refer to your 'Tips and Tricks' information sheet that was supplied to you upon purchase of your Vacuum Sealer.  If you do not have your 'Tips and Tricks' information sheet we will be happy to supply you with another one.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during delivery.  We endeavour to package your goods carefully and send with a courier with a track number, but we are not responsible for goods being delivered to an incorrect address or if they have been mishandled.
